The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire energy generation facility's operation, ensuring smooth resource acceptance, plant management, and adherence to SHEQ standards. The Site Manager will develop operational systems, manage the budget, and implement SHEQ policies to ensure safe and efficient plant operations. This role requires setting performance goals, managing contractual obligations, and aligning operations with company objectives.
Skills Required for the Site Manager:
- Degree-educated, with proven experience in energy generation facility management.
- Solid technical background in energy generation and plant management.
- Strong project management skills, focused on efficiency and compliance.
- Effective leadership skills, managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excellent communication skills for influencing stakeholders and internal teams.
