Commercial Business Analyst

We have a superb opportunity for a Commercial Business Analyst to join a fast paced and growing Technology SaaS Company based at their impressive head office in London – 1 day a week. This role offers remote working options and fantastic progression opportunities. The business requires a strong Commercial Analyst with Revenue, pricing and business analysis experience, coupled with the ability to liaise with Sales and other Senior Stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Experienced analyst, comfortable in being given high level briefs and working largely independently to produce deliverables
• Combining Customer and Sales data from several CRM sources
• Analysis, tabling of data into useable format for sales leadership
• Monthly update of commission calculations & reconciliations
• Maintenance / Update of existing Month End Reporting (Annualized Recurring Revenue) & metric
• Defining process / combining data to respond to new sales metrics requests
• Develop and maintain price models for target markets
• Preparing ad hoc market analysis reports.
• Provide all commercial inputs to the senior leadership team
• Provide commercial insights to the SaaS market
• Developing Commercial strategy and reporting
• Making recommendations for revenue maximization
• Supporting Strategy teams to reflect current and future market trends
• Strategic market research, competitor analysis and market trends
• Identify and deliver new opportunities to scale or expand the business

Requirements:

• Commercial experience within a SaaS business environment
• Strong modelling and IT skills (including Power BI)
• Expert Excel (advanced user)
• Data analysis and presentation
• Aggregation of data from multiple sources
• Familiarity with Salesforce reporting & dashboarding
• Curious, proactive, and adaptable mindset
