We have a superb opportunity for a Commercial Business Analyst to join a fast paced and growing Technology SaaS Company based at their impressive head office in London – 1 day a week. This role offers remote working options and fantastic progression opportunities. The business requires a strong Commercial Analyst with Revenue, pricing and business analysis experience, coupled with the ability to liaise with Sales and other Senior Stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Experienced analyst, comfortable in being given high level briefs and working largely independently to produce deliverables
- Combining Customer and Sales data from several CRM sources
- Analysis, tabling of data into useable format for sales leadership
- Monthly update of commission calculations & reconciliations
- Maintenance / Update of existing Month End Reporting (Annualized Recurring Revenue) & metric
- Defining process / combining data to respond to new sales metrics requests
- Develop and maintain price models for target markets
- Preparing ad hoc market analysis reports.
- Provide all commercial inputs to the senior leadership team
- Provide commercial insights to the SaaS market
- Developing Commercial strategy and reporting
- Making recommendations for revenue maximization
- Supporting Strategy teams to reflect current and future market trends
- Strategic market research, competitor analysis and market trends
- Identify and deliver new opportunities to scale or expand the business
Requirements:
- Commercial experience within a SaaS business environment
- Strong modelling and IT skills (including Power BI)
- Expert Excel (advanced user)
- Data analysis and presentation
- Aggregation of data from multiple sources
- Familiarity with Salesforce reporting & dashboarding
- Curious, proactive, and adaptable mindset
