SalaryMy client is a global insurance Commercial Claims company who are scaling their team very quickly and are in need of a motivated Manager to join their team in Chelmsford.
In this key role, you'll be leading a team of talented claims technicians within the Property Team. You'll not only guide the individual growth of your team but ensure a seamless claim resolution is provided to our portfolio of clients.
Interviews are happening 1st and 2nd weeks of March 2024
Salary - £35,000 - £42,000 + Excellent Benefits
Key responsibilities:
- Team management
- Monitoring KPI's
- 1 to 1 meetings with your team
- Managing any HR issues
- Client relationship building with new and existing clients
- Handling inhouse complaints
- Commercial claims – EL/PL
