AddressWe are looking for individuals who are meticulous with high personal standards of cleanliness that can bring back apartments to a high standard when residents vacate.
Our site is One Lampton Road, and we have a large apartment block which requires communal areas to be cleaned. We also require some apartments cleaned as they are vacated and prepared for incoming tenants. As well as the apartments we have a roof terrace, cinema room and gym. We are looking for a full time cleaner for Monday- Friday for immediate start for holiday cover, and have further work in the area going forwards.
The right individual for us will be motivated, energetic, bright, presentable and personable and be the type who greets people with a smile, knows who is who and just gets things done. You’ll have a no job is too small attitude and make light work of looking after flats.. We will expect you to be always smiling, have a sense of humour and to get to know our people so they know you are looking after them and their environment so together if we all play our part great things can be achieved.
We are looking for hotel quality cleaning standards - this is not a back of house role as the 1st impressions we give new residents, our people and their guests is something we take very seriously.
The success in your role will be measured on your ability to deliver a stellar customer experience through hospitality, cleanliness of the space to deliver smooth building operation.
