As a Commercial Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Commercial Delivery Manager in the delivery of our key commercial initiatives.
What you will be doing

• Supporting the Commercial Delivery Manager in planning and defining project scope to ensure clear and agreed objectives to full project closure
• Creating accurate and precise project documentation, plans and reports
• Monitoring and management of risks and issues, analysing and pre-empting risks and report regularly on progress
• Escalating any risks or issues impacting project delivery to ensure successful and timely resolution
• Co-ordinating and communicating cross functionally across the business, ensuring all the aims of the project are met by managing expectations
• Successfully rating and monitoring actions and progress within a project environment

What we are looking for

• Track record of supporting in the management of multiple projects at a given time of varying scale, size, and complexity
• Methodical, organized individual with a high attention to detail
• Effective and personable communicator to organize, influence and build strong positive relationships, ability to communicate to all levels of the business
• Ability to influence cross functionally and manage upwards
• Outstanding time management skills, able to prioritize, multitask and work to deadlines
• Project Management experience – desirable
• Previous retail experience/knowledge – Essential
