Content Delivery Coordinator [O5104]

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an internationally renowned media company, providing key support to their distribution team.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a leading television production company with offices in London and the US.

With ‘000s of hours of programming in their library, the company have a dedicated distribution arm licensing programmes and formats to global markets.

THE ROLE

As Content Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the delivery of important assets to the company’s licensees, helping to ensure the smooth running of the distribution department.

Key responsibilities:

• Fulfil delivery requirements of metadata, transmission files and paperwork to licensees
• Obtain asset delivery quotes and track payment of delivery costs
• Work with the relevant production teams to ensure the distribution team has all relevant paperwork required by licensees (e.g. music cue sheets, post-production scripts)
• Attend weekly Library meetings
• Work closely with the Digital Media Asset Manager to coordinate receipt of international titles and the delivery of assets via third-party supplier
• Fulfil delivery of all inbound technical assets and support materials from international licensees to the distribution team

THE PERSON 

It is important for this role that you have previous experience managing the delivery or receipt of assets, ideally within a distribution team.

You must be comfortable handling transmission files and metadata with a background managing relationships with AVOD, SVOD and EST platforms as well as linear TV.
