Their Commercial Dispute Resolution team is at the forefront of resolving complex legal disputes, and they are now seeking a talented lawyer to join their highly respected team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will have exposure to high-level and complex work and will gain excellent experience. You will be handing a wide range of corporate and Commercial Disputes and advise on:
- Contract disputes
- Professional negligence disputes
- Intellectual property disputes
- Insurance disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Disputes arising from breaches of directors duties
- Antecedent transactions and all contentious insolvency claims and disputes
- Guarantor liabilities
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Real estate disputes
- Agency and franchising disputes
- Banking and financial services disputes
- Consumer credit and mediation, and other methods of ADR
- Aviation Industry disputes

To be successful in this role you will:
- Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive and experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
- Have sound knowledge of the litigation processes.
- Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
- Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
- Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional market, its challenges and opportunities.
