Their Commercial Dispute Resolution team is at the forefront of resolving complex legal disputes, and they are now seeking a talented lawyer to join their highly respected team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment. You will have exposure to high-level and complex work and will gain excellent experience. You will be handing a wide range of corporate and Commercial Disputes and advise on:
* Contract disputes
* Professional negligence disputes
* Intellectual property disputes
* Insurance disputes
* Shareholder disputes
* Partnership disputes
* Disputes arising from breaches of directors duties
* Antecedent transactions and all contentious insolvency claims and disputes
* Guarantor liabilities
* Landlord and tenant disputes
* Real estate disputes
* Agency and franchising disputes
* Banking and financial services disputes
* Consumer credit and mediation, and other methods of ADR
* Aviation Industry disputes

To be successful in this role you will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive and experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution.
* Have sound knowledge of the litigation processes.
* Strong advocacy and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
* Client-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
* Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the regional market, its challenges and opportunities.
