The department provides advice and support to high calibre clients across a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to Corporate & Commercial disputes, Fraud Recovery, Professional Negligence claims, Construction disputes, Banking litigation and Insolvency.

Requirements
- Qualified solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 1years' PQE in Dispute Resolution.
- Demonstrate interest in Dispute Resolution, encompassing litigation and insolvency.
- An understanding of the Civil Procedures Rules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide commercially-focused advice to clients.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Competent IT skills.
