Salary:

• Basic Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Based on experience)
• OTE: £40,000 - £70,000+ (Depending on experience)
• Commission Structure: Up to 25%

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the commercial real estate market.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiations, and transactions with professionalism and integrity.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.

Requirements:

• Proven success as a real Estate Agent, commercial real estate.
• Strong network and connections in the East London commercial real estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to succeed and exceed targets.
• Relevant qualifications and licenses (e.g., RICS, NAEA) are advantageous but not essential.
