The Commercial Mortgage Broker Role
You will handle a range of Commercial Mortgage enquiries, it is important that you have a thorough understanding of Bridging finance, Development finance and Commercial Mortgages.
You'll help clients secure the best finance product to suit their needs, providing expert advice and guidance to clients on their options and help them navigate the commercial mortgage application process.

Commercial Mortgage Broker desired skills and experience
- 2 Years’ experience as a Commercial Mortgage Broker
- A solid understanding of the UK Commercial property market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate mortgage products.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
