Broker - Commercial Finance

At Bothwick Finance Ltd we focus on asset finance, unsecured and secured loans and specialise within the agricultural, construction, manufacturing, engineering and renewable energy sectors.
We are currently looking for a Commercial Finance Broker to join our fast growing Commercial Finance brokerage based in the Bedfordshire/Buckinghamshire area.

About the role:
The successful broker will join the company with pre-existing warm leads ready to convert into business. Due to our excellent marketing strategy and growing reputation as a reputable brokerage, the broker team is experiencing an overwhelming amount of new business that needs converting. In short, there is literally a pool of business opportunities awaiting the right candidate!
You will be offered:
• £25,000 - £35,000 Basic
• OTE - Year 1: £20,000 - £70,000
Year 2: £70,000 - £90,000
Year 3: £120,000+
• Between 10%-40% commissions
• Full admin support
To be considered for the Commercial Finance Broker role:
Candidates will ideally have experience in an asset finance, unsecured loan, bridging finance, development finance and / or a commercial mortgage / lending background - ideally in the role of a Commercial Finance Broker. However we are open to considering candidates with 3+ years’ experience as Account Manager in a sales environment.
You will be self-motivated and have strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients.
Location: Newport Pagnell, Buckinghamshire (Open to conversations on hybrid working)
Contracttype: Permanent
Hours: Full time
Salary: Dependent on experience, £25,000 to £35,000 basic with excellent commission structure
