Description
- Financial modelling to straetigically influence decision making
- Understanding contractual terms, commitments and commercial drivers to ensure positive commercial outcomes.
- Influencing, coaching and challenging the budget holders around understanding their results and key drivers to improve performance.
- Develop a series of metrics to support and influence order delivery prioritization. (Inc Revenue, Capex, Resource, Cashflow)
- Analyse orders to support and influence business decisions on whether to pass-through, re-negotiate or reject. Create financial modelling to support.
- Develop insight and analysis to measure and challenge delivery performance and identify opportunities

Developed senior stakeholder engagement experience across all levels
* Business partnering experience with the ability to influence business development
teams to drive positive commercial outcomes
* Significant experience in managing ambiguity in a financial environment with strong
evaluation and decision-making skills
* Excellent technical Financial and Accounting knowledge and application of that
knowledge in a complex and commercial environment.
* Understanding of complex contractual terms used in a commercial environment
* Understanding of operational finance process and control
* Educated to degree level with Professional accountancy qualification (eg.
ACA/ACCA/CIMA). +2yrs PQE experience
* Dynamic and able to deal with multiple priorities alongside continual change
* Ability to manage relationships with Senior Leadership Team, operational management,
suppliers, and external advisors
* Making an impact and using strong influencing skills with colleagues
* Able to think forward to anticipate issues before they arise
* Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
