Commercial Finance Manager | Derby | Open to Reduced Hours, 4 days a week

An established, Leicester-based not for profit is seeking a Commercial Finance Manager to join the business on a permanent basis (open to reduced hours, 4 days a week!)

With its continually expanding UK presence, this is an opportunity for a commercially minded, forward-thinking individual to support this well-established business that is performing exceptionally well, despite market conditions.

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Finance, you'll be taking ownership of building & maintaining key relationships with ELT & SLT. The role will work as the "go-to" business partner, working closely with senior commercial & operational teams managing the budgeting, modelling, analysis, and reporting.

A bit about the role...

- Drive understanding of key drivers & provide on-time decision support to the business
- Support the wider team in modelling / appraising new opportunities
- Contribute to the budgeting, forecasting and 5 year planning cycles
- Contribute towards the month-end close, just 3 days a month
- Manage & Develop one direct report
- A range of ad hoc projects to support the business

Your Experience...

- Be a qualified ACA / CIMA / ACCA
- Thrive in building relationships with non-finance stakeholders
- Seek to support a business going through a period of change
- Enjoy analysis, model building and solving real-world problems
