Description
- Lead FP&A efforts, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyse the company's P&L statements, identifying areas for improvement, cost-saving opportunities, and revenue enhancement strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop financial models, evaluate business performance, and drive operational efficiency.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic planning and business growth initiatives.
- Drive change management processes, assisting in the implementation of financial systems, policies, and procedures to optimize performance.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes to inform financial strategies and mitigate risks.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement within the finance function.
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA/QBE qualified
- Strong proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate insights effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and influencing decision-making processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
