Our client, an exciting and fast paced services business with offices in London and Kent, are looking to appoint a Commercial Finance Partner to join their finance team the role will require frequent travel to the London office. This role is working as a business partner to the operational teams to provide financial and commercial analysis to deliver strategic plans and financial goals.
Key Duties:
- Contribute to the business' growth strategy and provide detailed analysis.
- You will be responsible for producing the annual budget, forecasting, and driving financial performance across the group.
- Business partner with internal stakeholders
- KPI calculations
- Attend and run monthly meetings with key stakeholders.
- Advance current benchmarking analysis and process to ensure the business continues to offer great pay and employment benefits to all staff.
- Prepare budget for staffing costs alongside HR and Commercial Finance Managers.
- Financial modelling for ad-hoc projects
Role requirements:
- A qualified / part-qualified accountant with a strong commercial background (ACA, ACCA or CIMA).
- Ability to communicate with both finance and non-financial colleagues.
- Motivated to progress within the finance function of a growing business.
- Able to manage a variety of stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve problems.
- Good attention to detail.
- Good system skills including intermediate excel.
