We have partnered with an ambitious and growing commercial Real Estate investment and development manager based in central London.
The business was founded around 4 years ago by a group of senior and experienced individuals from FTSE-listed Real Estate businesses. Since inception, they have seen the business grow to £700m in assets and show no signs of slowing down over the next 18 months.
Specialising in mixed-use properties, they execute strategies with continuous strive to realise value potential throughout the investment lifecycle. The company has significant backing from shareholders, aiding its continued growth.
Reporting to the FD, the role will have significant interaction with the entire team and, in particular, senior management. You can expect to be involved in a wide range of responsibilities, with the role encompassing areas of corporate finance. You would work on short and long-term cash flow forecasting for development and investment opportunities, analysis of potential acquisitions, working on asset business plans, project appraisals, and financial modeling.
Other areas of the role involve setting up new SPVs, supporting the FD and other directors with raising debt, and working on ad-hoc projects across the business. You would have oversight for the external bookkeepers who handle the majority of the day-to-day accounting.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with Commercial Finance experience, the ability to handle multiple tasks. ACA or ACCA/CIMA Qualified and Real Estate experience is desired but not essential.
Salary: £75k - £90k + 40%-50% bonus.
