SalaryTitle - Finance & Commercial Analyst - 12 month FTC
Location - London
£50-60k + Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
The role: A leading commercial property management company are seeking an experienced Finance & Commercial Analyst to join their Corporate Finance team on a 12 month FTC. The role will be split between providing finance support as well as business partnering.
Duties:-
- Generate and distribute periodic client reports.
- Customise client reports according to specific client requirements and preferences.
- Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Analysis of financial data to provide insights and trends in client reports.
- GAAP accounting of financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with clients to address any inquiries or concerns regarding reports.
- Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in client reporting.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of client information in all reporting activities.
- Provide ad-hoc reporting and analysis as requested by clients or management.
- Develop and maintain financial models to analyse business performance, forecast future financial outcomes, and support decision-making processes specifically for new and existing business.
- Utilise Excel or other financial software to create detailed models for various scenarios such as budgeting, and operational analysis.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience within a similar role.
- Previous experience working within the real estate industry.
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CA)
