Qualifications and Skills:

• CEN1, COCN1, CCCN1, CIGA1, CDGA, CIGA, CORT1, TPCP1.
• 5 + Years Experience in Similar Role
• Direct Fired AHU Experience
• Warm Air Heater Experience.
• Commercial Boiler Experience.
• IPAF certification (preferred).
• Good written and spoken English with basic mathematical skills.

Experience:

• Previous experience in structured PPM delivery.
• Worked with business-critical equipment and in a customer-focused role.
• Experience in a health and safety-led role.
• Commercial gas systems management and paperwork experience.

Aptitude:

• Committed to delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.
• Good timekeeping, reliability, and ability to work independently.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
