SalaryExample Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.
They have a vacancy for a qualified commercial heating engineer to cover the Derby area carrying out servicing, fault finding, and repairs within commercial local authority properties.
The Role:
- Service and Maintenance works on commercial properties.
- Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records
Requirements:
- Experience working on commercial heating and hot water systems
- COCN1 Qualified
- Full UK Driving Licence
- No unpent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)
The Package:
- 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
- Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
- Salary: GBP41,000 - GBP44,000 per annum
- Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
