This Manchester law firm has a strong commercial team operating across numerous sectors.
Your new role
This commercial solicitor role will see you work for a range of healthcare clients on joint ventures and other collaborative structures. You will also advise on partnership deeds and provide some initial input on partnership disputes.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a commercial or corporate lawyer who has ideally had exposure to working with healthcare clients. You should have good communication skills and well rounded experience.
