Role Overview:
- As a Commercial Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to take on a diverse range of commercial work, including commercial property, leases, and buying and selling businesses.
- You will be responsible for building and managing your own caseload of commercial matters, with minimal supervision, and providing high-quality legal advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing legal advice and guidance on commercial property transactions, leases, and business acquisitions and disposals.
- Conducting legal research, drafting legal documents and agreements, and negotiating terms on behalf of clients.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved in commercial transactions.
- Utilizing strong IT skills to adapt to in-house systems, including audio-transcription and precedent management software, with training provided.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to commercial matters.
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor or FCilex with 3 - 5 years' PQE in commercial law.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial property, leases, and buying and selling businesses is essential.
- Strong IT skills with the ability to adapt to in-house systems and software.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a busy caseload effectively.
