Description
The Commercial Lawyer position will hold the following responsibilities:
- Provide day to day support to all internal business units and stakeholders
- Carrying out legal work and advice for a variety of different European entities
- Draft, negotiate and review commercial contracts
- Prepare supplier agreements, customer agreements, NDAs and property leases
- Handle all incoming legal queries to the team
- Ensure compliance processes are followed
- Update the business on legal updates, training and changes
Profile
The successful candidate for the Commercial Lawyer position will need to have the following skills and experience:
- Be a qualified solicitor
- 1-2 years PQE
- Prior experience of working with commercial contracts
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
Job Offer
This is a Temporary position with the opportunity to become permanent.
Hybrid working is available- 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
