SalaryTop legal client with offices based in Kent are currently seeking an experience Lawyer with 5 years PQE to permanently join their Commercial team on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well respected legal team and tackle high value commercial cases!
Key duties to include:
- Managing commercial contracts.
- Handling your own caseload from opening to completion.
- Dealing with acquisitions and mergers.
- Arranging shareholders.
- Managing commercial and corporate partnerships.
A minimum of 5 years PQE is essential for this position. The successful candidate must also have strong experience managing their own caseload.
