The Team

My clients dispute resolution team is a high profile and significant litigation practice offering a broad range of local, regional and national clients. My client is seeking an experienced and personable Commercial Litigator to work along side a team of Associates, Directors and paralegals.

A key part of the firm’s growth strategy is the recruitment of an experienced Commercial Litigation lawyer to assist with work from existing clients and further develop the litigation offering in the West Midlands.

The Candidate

• You will be an existing Associate or Senior Associate seeking progression at your current firm. Whichever the case, you will be collegiate and proactive in approach with a track record of winning and managing client relationships.
• You will be well verses in receiving instructions from a range of limited companies, substantial corporates, SMEs, OMBs, entrepreneurs and partnerships.

The opportunity

Your will typical instructions will include:

• Commercial Contracts
• Corporate & Shareholder Disputes
• Breach of Directorships
• Partnership Disputes and;
• Enforcement

Salary £60,000-£90,000 Depending on Experience
