This well-established East Yorkshire based firm is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor to join its Hull branch.
As the Commercial Litigation Solicitor, you will handle a complex and high value caseload, and represent, advise and support your clients over a broad range of Commercial Litigation disciplines including:
- Contractual liability
- Property matters (trespass/nuisance)
- Breach of directors’ duties
- Some low-level intellectual property work
The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will:
- Be qualified with a minimum of 4 years PQE
- Experience dealing with a large, varied, and complex case load
- Have prior supervisory experience, developing and coaching
- Experience identifying and developing new business opportunities and relationships
