SalaryOur client are currently working with a Leading Construction and Residential Contractor, who are looking for a Commercial Manager to join the team based in the Northeast.
Key responsibilities are: Lead department in all aspects of commercial management, staff retention, motivation and development. Be an active part of the senior management team integrating and inputting into strategic plans Identify and effectively manage all required commercial actions and workflows to deliver regional goals set by OD Ensure that all relevant commercial procedures are followed correctly by the region.
The ideal Candidate will have previous experience with Reactive Maintenance and refurbishment experience. Also previous experience within sustainability works, Domestic and Public building refurbishments and New Build public Buildings.
