As Commercial Manager you will be responsible for…
- The financial and resource management of multiple contracts in our Construction, Environment and Rail departments
- Ensuring compliance with commercial and financial governance.
- Contract preparation
- Management and negotiation - you will play an integral role in all client contracts at pre- and post-contract design.
- Preparing commercial responses to PQQ’s, tenders, etc.
- Keep key stakeholders informed through effective reporting and production of contract Commercial Management Plans
- Leading client meetings as well as your own team - proven ability to build excellent working relationships is therefore essential.
Ideal experience and backgrounds would include…
- Degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying (or similar) or equivalent experience.
- Significant experience at Commercial Manager level
- Substantial experience within Construction/Rail sector and excellent industry knowledge.
- Experience and knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Membership of RICS, CICES or CIOB (desirable).
Salary
- £70,000-£80,000 p.a. plus vehicle allowance
