Are you a qualified Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in finance, contracts administration and monitoring of frameworks as a consultant for contracts and KPI's?

Within this role you'll be one of the points of contact for commercial queries and actions on projects. You'll be responsible for the procurement of subcontractors and suppliers for projects and agreeing payments with them. You'll prepare and submit applications for payments, project variations and design changes. Finally, among other responsibilities you will help prepare and complete progress updates on projects and ensure they are running to budget.
The ideal candidate will either have a degree level qualification in Quantity Surveying or the equivalent level in experience gained in industry. This person will be able to communicate with all levels of professionals from bottom level up to the executive level, they will have a supportive mindset with a good idea of both political and self-awareness.
