The Opportunity
This highly regarded firm with a strong presence in Manchester, seeks an established Commercial Partner to continue the steady growth of the practice.
The firms Commercial services team cover key legal areas including commercial contracts and complex commercial and procurement arrangements: outsourcing, IT and capital projects, intellectual property, financial services, and privacy and data. The team works with an impressive roster of national clients, specialising in the sport, retail and fintech sectors.
The successful candidate will bolster this Legal 500 recognised team with ambitions to progress further, servicing clients from a variety of sectors including tech, healthcare, manufacturing, and financial services across the complete spectrum of corporate transactions.
The Candidate
- A Senior Corporate lawyer, with experience gained at a reputable firm
- A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
- Enthusiasm for business development and a demonstrable client following
- Those at the Senior/Managing Associate or Legal Director level are also invited to apply
