You will provide an outstanding service to clients within a busy team and contribute to the business development of the company.
Responsibilities
- Managing files
- Business development
- Sales and purchases
- Planning and boundary disputes
- Handling country estates
- Environmental matters
- Providing legal advice within agricultural property
- Qualified solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE
- Technical expertise in agricultural property highly advantageous
- Commercial Property with a strong emphasis in unregistered land transactions can also be considered
- Experienced and have an interest in property law and natural resources
- A team player with a flair for personal and business development
- Has excellent attention to detail and time management skills
- A strong communicator comfortable working with a wide range of people
- Ambitious, enthusiastic and organised
- Works well under pressure and adaptable
- Has the ability to explain things in a clear, accessible manner
