This highly regarded, and directory rated Top 100 firm has an impressive national presence and is looking to recruit an ambitious experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Bristol team. This leading law firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services including advice and support to health, social care, education and housing organisations across the public and independent sector.
Your new role
In joining this leading team, you will run and manage the full range of Commercial Property matters, including the negotiation of acquisitions, disposals and development agreements, leasing and real estate finance for clients across the health sector. You will be advising lenders on an array of real estate matters. As part of the real estate team, you will operate all major sub-markets in independent healthcare for a wide range of clients, from investors to developers.
In your new role you will get the opportunity to engage in plenty of client relationship management, and as this is a role for an experienced lawyer, you will be taking some responsibility in team supervision and business development.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Commercial Property solicitor with a broad property skillset developed in your previous experience, with excellent communication skills. You will have experience of not only taking the lead on key projects and client matter but also have strong client management skills. You will have experience in bespoke drafting and legal analysis, and experience in corporate support, development and/or health sector work would be a distinct advantage in this role.
