Commercial Property Coordinator
This Role
This is an exciting role for a Commercial Property Coordinator on a fixed-term contract of 12 months to cover Maternity Leave. Working together with the Commercial Property Manager you will be responsible for providing a high-quality property management service to MTVH's Commercial property portfolio.
As an essential part of the Lettings & Commercial Property Team, the Commercial Property Coordinator will have specific responsibility for:
- Acting as first point of contact and engaging commercial tenants and leaseholders.
- Successful onboarding new commercial tenants and leaseholders.
- Providing a responsive and reliable service to commercial tenants and leaseholders.
- Ensuring the effective monitoring of processes and systems.
- Effectively managing our third-party supplier invoicing, payments, and cost control.
- Reviewing commercial agreements to ensure that they are robust and deliver best value to MTVH and our customers.
- Ad hoc travel to properties within the portfolio.
What you'll need to succeed
If you have experience of working in a fast pace, responsive environment and managing tenancies, leases, or property this could be the opportunity for you. You will be responsible for your own workload and should be able to demonstrate a logical approach to resolving issues, while managing competing priorities, and using your initiative to achieve business benefits.
There is a considerable amount of communication required with internal and external stakeholders and the ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing is essential. You will also be required to interpret complex written and numerical information so should have good literacy and numeracy skills.
