Location: Potters Bar, Hertfordshire

Salary: £30k - £45k + Excellent Benefits

Full-Time / Part-Time, Monday - Friday

The Role:

As a Property Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing day-to-day property operations, tenant interactions, and lease administration.

Responsibilities:

- Track budgets, expenses, and revenue, generating detailed reports.
- Liaise with contractors for maintenance and repairs.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Recognise and address potential risks linked to property operations.
- Foster positive tenant relationships, addressing inquiries and maintenance promptly.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Property Manager or in a similar role.
- At least 2 years of block management experience.
- Knowledge of property management operations and financial management.
- Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Skilled in IT and property management software.
- Exceptional communication and management skills.
- Familiarity with commercial leases would be beneficial.
