SalaryOur client, a growing multi-disciplinary property consultancy based in Stevenage, are currently seeking a Commercial Property Manager to join them. The Commercial property Manager will be joining the Asset and Property Management department of the business and managing a growing portfolio. This represents a fantastic opportunity to join a professional and growing company who offer an attractive package and hybrid working.
It is envisaged that the ideal candidate has proven experience managing commercial properties and ideally qualified. You must also be looking for a long-term role within a company that have a very good staff retention rate and genuine growth plans.

- Portfolio location: Northern Home Counties, East Anglia and London
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Hybrid working
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
- Start Date: ASAP - Happy to wait for Notice Periods
Commercial Property ManagerPosition Requirements
- Must have previous experience within a similar role.
- MIRPM would be advantageous
- A thorough knowledge and awareness of the Commercial Property market
- Experience managing commercial properties
- Good experience with section 20's
- Good experience with service charge budgets
- Full, clean driving license.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software.
- Must be looking for a long-term role
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 Dependent on Experience
