Our team at Sellick Partnership are actively seeking a Housing Officer to join a Housing Association in Merseyside
This role is to ensure there is efficient and effective management of homes and services within the Liverpool / Merseyside area
Duties of the Housing Officer (but not limited to)
- Managing a patch of properties to ensure tenants are effectively managing their tenancies
- Dealing with cases of ASB
- Carrying out visits to support tenants with rent issues
- Ensuring properties are let to prevent rent loss and void costs
- Carrying out viewings of properties and sign ups
- Liaising with third party agencies to enable a proactive service
Essential Requirements for Housing Officer
- Previous experience working with a Housing Associations as a Housing Officer / Neighbourhood Coordinator
- Full UK Driving Licence
