As a Senior Commercial Property Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's success, managing a diverse caseload and providing high-quality legal advice to a broad range of clients. Key Responsibilities: * Handle a varied caseload of Commercial Property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and property finance transactions. * Provide expert legal advice to clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships. * Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture. * Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in legislation, ensuring compliance and delivering innovative solutions to clients. * Represent the firm at networking events and contribute to business development initiatives to expand the client base.
