Commercial Property Senior Associate / Partner

A highly reputable Top 50 firm are seeking an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team in Sevenoaks as a Senior Associate or Partner. They continue to be recognised and awarded for their excellence in both Legal 500 and Chambers UK. They are a full-service firm with over 500 specialist lawyers working across multiple offices across the country, with many lawyers being recognised as leaders in their field. The department is involved with all aspects of the construction and property industry and work on a variety of matters including but not limited to development and investment, planning, secured lending, landlord and tenant and agricultural. To be successful in this role you will: * Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with experience gained in a broad Commercial Property practice; * Be commercially aware and have an understanding of the market, its challenges and opportunities. * Have excellent communication skills written and orally; * Have a sense of initiative and enthusiasm; * Able to work well within a team and provide support to other fee-earners as appropriate; * Competent IT skills.
