OVERVIEW:
• An exciting new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a highly reputable Energy Team in Exeter.
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 5 Years PQE with a genuine interest in the Energy sector.
• The team advise varied client caseload covering onshore wind, solar, EV, battery, AD, hydro and other renewable technologies.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include options and leases, power purchase agreements, easements and grid connection agreements, acting for funders, landowners and developers across a range of renewable energy technologies.
• You will have outstanding communication skills and work well within a team environment.
