The firm deals with Commercial Property transactions on behalf of a broad range of clients, owners, occupiers, investors, and developers. In this Commercial Property Solicitor role, you will be providing advice in the following areas:
- Commercial Leases – Landlord & Tenant
- Buying & Selling Commercial Property, including Leasehold and Freehold properties acquisitions and disposals
- Development & Planning
