Job Overview:
As a Commercial Property Solicitor with 1-2 years PQE, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients on a range of Commercial Property matters. Working closely with senior solicitors on complex transactions, you will have the opportunity to build your skills and knowledge in this area. This role will suit a solicitor who is looking to further develop their career in Commercial Property law.
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing legal advice to clients on Commercial Property transactions, including sales, purchases, and leases
* Drafting and negotiating legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and leases
* Conducting due diligence on behalf of clients to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service
* Assisting more senior lawyers on more complex transactions, building knowledge and skills
* Staying up-to-date with legal developments in Commercial Property law
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales with 1-2 years PQE in Commercial Property law
* Able to manage a caseload of Commercial Property transactions, delivering high-quality legal advice to clients
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication
* Ability to work well in a team environment, supporting colleagues and building relationships with clients
* Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* A strong commercial awareness and understanding of how to provide commercial solutions for clients
* A commitment to providing exceptional client service
