SalaryOur client is looking for a PropertySolicitor to join a busy and personable team, this position is paying an annual salary of £40,000 - £60,000. Working hours are Monday - Thursday, 9.00am - 5.30pm and Friday, 9.00am - 5.00pm.
Duties:
- Previous experience of property transactions involving commercial and residential freehold and leasehold property.
- Good technical knowledge of property law.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- A practical and proactive approach to solving problems.
- An ability to prioritise your workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and client care.

Experience required:
- 2 years' PQE
- Experience of acting for lenders would be ideal
- Ability to organise a busy and varied workload, remain calm under pressure, and proactive in approach to tasks
- PC literate with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
