Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

The Client:

Our client is a well-established law firm, providing exceptional services to individuals, businesses, and their owners.

The Role:

As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload, handling Commercial Property transactions and fostering client relationships.

Responsibilities:

- Lead and expand the commercial department.
- Oversee surrendering and assigning leases.
- Conduct Commercial Property sales and purchases.
- Manage SIPP purchases with leasebacks.
- Handle option agreements for both owner and developer.
- Address residential lease extensions & collective enfranchisement.

Requirements:

- Previously worked as a Property Solicitor, Property Lawyer or in a similar role.
- Possess 4 years + PQE as a Solicitor.
- Experience in Commercial Property.
- Excellent communication and networking skills.
