This is a rare and exciting opportunity for a commercial solicitor or legal executive to handle a broad and varied caseload within a friendly and flexible high street practice in Somerset.
This is a hands-on position, so you will ideally need to be a solicitor or chartered legal executive with at least 2 years’ PQE within commercial or Commercial Property law and be able to work under minimal supervision.
The emphasis of your role would be more towards Commercial Property matters but also dealing with, but not limited to:
- Preparing business leases
- Sales of small businesses
- Partnership agreements
- Sale and purchase of Commercial Property
- TUPE
This is a fantastic opportunity ideal for someone with either a commercial or transactional Commercial Property background, looking to develop their skillset and gain exposure to both areas.
