Role Overview:
- Concept Development: The Creative Director will be responsible for devising original and engaging concepts that align with client briefs, budgets, and objectives, turning client data into captivating storytelling narratives.
- Idea Presentation: Utilising skills in sketching and drawing, the role involves presenting ideas through mockups and storyboards to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborative Leadership: The role requires collaboration with various departments including strategy, account management, production, and operations, ensuring smooth and successful project execution.
- Industry Insight: Keeping updated with the latest trends and technologies in the event and experiential industry is crucial, incorporating these elements into creative work.
- Creative Guidance: Providing feedback and direction to enhance the quality and performance of creative outputs is a key responsibility.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience: Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience as a Creative Director in the event, experiential, or interactive industry.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing creative vision, skills, and impact in relevant projects is essential.
- Technological Proficiency: Extensive knowledge of technologies such as projection mapping, AR/VR, interactive displays, and familiarity with design software like Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch is required.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are vital, along with the ability to influence and persuade others.
