The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong track record of adult learning design in a global organization. Experience consulting with diverse stakeholders on learning needs, designing and managing scalable learning experiences, strong knowledge of product management best practice and making data driven decisions to refine and optimize programs are a must for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Acts as a learning consultant and works collaboratively with end-users, internal clients, L&D leaders, and other stakeholders across Mastercard to understand learning needs and translate them into a learning strategy, vision, and roadmap.
- Uses a lean product management approach to create world class learning programs that are outcome focused and manage adoption across target audience.
- Work hand-in-hand with multiple teams across Mastercard to implement experiences (learning tech team, L&D leads, guild leads, talent consultants and other stakeholders at Mastercard.)
- Translates program usage data into actionable insights to shape learning strategy and roadmap, including ability to make recommendations that are backed by demonstrable evidence.
- Close tracking of KPIs and timely recommendations to ensure targets are reached.
- Leading continuous improvement initiatives to help identify new ways to better serve learners and drive higher business impact.
- Identify and work with vendors and external partners to manage and enhance learning experiences, where needed.
- Drive learning innovation by championing user research and staying up to date on learning trends and advances.
Skills and Qualifications:
- At least 5 years of professional experience designing and managing large scale, adult learning programs.
- Strong consulting skills with demonstrable record of translating needs into actionable, scalable recommendations.
- Experience working with lean product management techniques and best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to drive learning adoption that supports organizational growth.
- Ability to lead without authority across diverse stakeholder groups and drive alignment at various levels.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills.
- Experience managing vendors and holding them to account.
- Self-directed and comfortable working with a distributed team.
- Experience with learning technology systems a plus. (LMS, LXP, authoring tools etc.)
