Pa To Director

PA to Director of Education within a large education trust, providing senior level PA support and also admin support to the wider education team. Temp-to-Perm - must be available to start on a temp basis initially

• PA to Director
• Salary: 45k (temp to perm - hourly rate whilst temping £25ph+)
• Location: West End (close to Euston/Kings Cross stations)
• Hybrid (1-2 days working from home)
• Hours: 9.30am-5.30pm

PA duties:

• Prioritise meeting requests to optimise the Director’s time, and proactively resolve diary conflicts and keep schedules up to date.
• Anticipate and prepare information for meetings, appointments, and presentations; follow up on information requests and reports.
• Organise and attend meetings, taking accurate minutes and updated action logs.
• Organise travel and accommodation for the Director and wider team.
• Arrange meeting rooms for internal and external meetings.
• Set up conference calls and video meetings.
• Handle printing, photocopying, and resource preparation.
• Screen and manage emails, calls, enquiries, and requests.
• Organise and attend conferences, including venue selection, agendas, hospitality, and invoicing.
• General administrative support to the wider team.

PA Skills:

• Excellent IT skills, strong MS Office and the ability to pick up new systems.
• Strong organisational skills
• Team player, uses initiative
