Looking for a new opportunity as a Commercial Property Solicitor?
Join a commercially focused law firm that delivers tailored client solutions, as a key member of a dynamic and rapidly growing Commercial Property team.
We are seeking an ambitious and committed Commercial Property Solicitor to take on a varied and exciting workload. As part of the team, your duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Acquisitions and disposals of Commercial Property
* Land acquisition for commercial and residential property development
* Property finance and restructuring, including bridging, mezzanine and development
* Landlord & tenant work
* Negotiation of new leases
* Assignments, renewals, alterations and variations
* Option agreements and conditional contracts
* Participating in business development initiatives
To be successful in this Commercial Property role, you will need:
* NQ-6 years of Commercial Property experience in private practice
* A proactive, self-motivated and reliable approach
* First-rate drafting skills
* Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
* Strong organization and administration skills, with the ability to prioritize workloads effectively
* A friendly and personable approach with colleagues and clients
* A proactive and growth mindset towards achieving goals
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, and an ability to pick up new systems quickly.
