As a Service Administrator, you will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring the seamless coordination of our service department. Your organizational prowess and attention to detail will be key as you manage appointments, liaise with customers, and assist our skilled technicians in providing top-notch service.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding administrative support to our service department, keeping things running seamlessly.
• Manage incoming service inquiries with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities, warranty claims, and customer information, utilizing our advanced systems and tools.
• Assist in generating reports and handling documentation, guaranteeing smooth communication within the team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Methodical and organized.
• Previous Admin Experience

Salary and Benefits

• Up to £30 Basic Salary
• 08:00 - 18:00 Mon - Fri
• 1 in 2 Sats 08:00 - 12:00
• Great company benefits
• 22 Day + Bank Holidays
