Role:Sales Support Administrator
Location: Weybridge
Terms: Full time, permanent, office based
Working within the Downstream Service Delivery Team the Administrator will be responsible for all support activities for the Retail Dealer Business Managers. This is a wide-ranging role that covers various aspects associated with providing operational and administrative support across all aspects of the business. Role requires someone with a strong proficiency in Excel.
Main Responsibilities:
- CRM management
- Monitor and report on sales activities using excel
- Together with the Retail Dealer Business Managers, build and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers
- General customer communications
- Prepare customer offer letters
- Provide support for merchant services
- Compile contracts
- Customer account setup and maintenance
- Liaise with suppliers
- Regular and ad hoc administration and reporting as required
- Support marketing and branding activities
Required Skills/Experience:
- Experience within a Retail support role, preferably within Oil & Gas.
- Excel skills including pivot tables and v-look up
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Data Driven and detail oriented
- Organised and able to work on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication, both written and verbal.
